We recommend removing your jewellery when active and avoiding contact with water such as swimming and showering. This will help you maintain the lustrous condition for as long as possible.

Do not spray perfume directly onto your jewellery and apply cosmetics, moisturisers and hair products before adding your jewellery.

Avoid impact with hard surfaces, including other items of jewellery. This will protect against scratching and chipping.

Tarnishing is a natural process that can cause discoloration.

Please note that all metals oxidise naturally with time and will require maintenance.

We advise cleaning your precious items regularly with a soft cloth to encourage longevity.

Return

Kindly note that Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of earrings, therefore, we can't accept returns and exchanges of any earrings and pierced jewellery.

If you wish to request a return, please email support@kiioo.co with your reason for the change of mind and your online order number. 

If your return is approved, you will be given return information via an email reply, however, it is important to note that (unless deemed faulty) return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can choose between a refund back to the exact and original payment method or an online credit to the purchase value of the product/s. 

Once your return is received by our Kiioo support members and inspected, we will send you a courtesy email to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item/s.
